We hope you're happy with your order! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
How to Return or Exchange
Returning or exchanging an item is simple.
Please email us with the following information:

Reason for return or exchange

Return Window
You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return your item(s) without needing to provide a reason. Make sure your return reaches our warehouse within this 30-day period.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale.

Original tags must still be attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
Buy One, Get One Free Offer:
Both items from the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” promotion must be returned together.
We cannot offer refunds or store credit if only one of the two is returned.
However, you may exchange one of the items for a different size or colour and keep the other.
Processing Returns

If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will process it as quickly as possible so your replacement arrives within a few days.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.

You can track your return using the tracking number provided by your chosen courier.

Once we’ve completed the process, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If a refund is due, please allow up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and depend on the courier and country of return.
